We cover the shipping costs for every order within the Netherlands. All our products are delivered to your home 100% free of charge, with no minimum order quantity required.
Shipping of Your Order

Here are the average delivery times for all our packages:
- After placing your order, we need 1 to 2 business days to process it. On weekdays, this usually takes one business day, but if you place an order on Friday evening or over the weekend, it may take slightly longer.
- Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped, and delivery typically takes 4 to 6 business days.
Once your order has been placed, you can track your package within a few days. You will receive a personal tracking code via email, which allows you to follow your order through our tracking partner. You can check how this works on our Track & Trace page.

Delivery of Your Order

Defective Product?
That’s very unfortunate! Unfortunately, it may happen that your product is damaged during transport. In such cases, we will send a replacement package free of charge the first time, but we cannot issue a refund.
If the replacement also arrives damaged, we will fully refund the purchase amount.
Placing an Order
Ordering from wear-purpose.eu is very simple:
- Go to the product page and add your desired product to your cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button.
- Check your selections to ensure you have chosen the correct variants. If everything is correct, click "Proceed to Checkout".
- Enter your shipping details on the information page. Make sure all details are correct. Once verified, click "Continue to Shipping".
- Review your shipping details on the "Shipping" page. It will confirm that shipping is completely free. As a token of appreciation, we always cover the shipping and delivery costs. Click "Continue to Payment" to proceed.
- Choose your payment method. You can pay via Credit card. All payments on wear-purpose.co.uk are SSL-encrypted, ensuring a secure payment environment.
- Complete your order by clicking "Complete Order". You will be redirected to the selected payment method. Follow the instructions on the payment provider’s page to finalize your purchase.

Lost Your Package?
If a package gets lost or cannot be delivered for logistical reasons, we will always send a replacement package before proceeding with refunds or returns.
If the order has not been received within 30 days of shipping, it will be eligible for a refund.
