Refund policy

Returns are possible within 30 days:

  1. The products must be in their original condition and have the original labels and tags attached.
  2. The packaging must not be damaged and must be in its original state.
  3. The returned items must not show signs of use.

Note: If the returned items do not meet these conditions, we unfortunately cannot process your return. We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged due to no fault of our own.

Always ensure that your package is labeled with a track & trace code. Lost returns will not be reimbursed if there is no proof of shipping with a track & trace code. Returns sent by mail without a track & trace code are at your own risk. As a customer, you are responsible for the costs of returning the goods.

Once we have received your return, we will notify you by email about the receipt of the return. Within a few days after processing your return, we will refund the purchase amount to your account.

Return Procedure:

1️⃣ Contact us at support@purposewear.co.uk with your order number and the reason for your return. Please note that returns are only possible after prior arrangement with our customer service team.

Items sent to the return address indicated on the packaging without obtaining the necessary authorisation from us and without providing a valid reason cannot be returned and do not qualify for a refund.

We would also like to point out that cancelling an order due to lack of use is not considered a valid or justified reason for initiating the return and refund process.
Please read our return policy carefully and, if necessary, contact our support team in advance to clarify and agree on the next steps.

2️⃣ We will send you return instructions, including the return address and shipping guidelines.

3️⃣ Return the item within 30 days after your return request has been approved.

4️⃣ Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund or exchange.

Order Cancellation:

You can cancel your order only within 5 minutes of placing the order. After 5 minutes, our orders are stopped in the processing phase, and unfortunately, cancellation is no longer possible.

Returns are always at the sender's risk, and return costs are not reimbursed.

Wrong Item or Incorrect Size?

If you received the wrong item or the wrong size, we will send you the correct item free of charge!

Refund:

We usually process our returns and issue refunds within 3-5 business days after receiving the return.
